Fill and sign — not a PDF editor
You add text, pictures, and a signature on top of a PDF that does not change. That covers Adobe Fill & Sign–style jobs: name, date, checkbox, signature image. It is not Acrobat. You cannot rewrite existing paragraphs, merge or split files, compress, unlock, or scan paper with OCR.

Can I fill and sign a PDF online without uploading it?
Yes. Open Fill a PDF in your browser, place text, date, or signature fields on the form, fill them in, and download. No account. The PDF you open and the file you download stay in this tab — they are not uploaded to EditDocx servers.
Is Fill a PDF a free PDF editor?
No. You add fields on top of a PDF that does not change. You cannot rewrite existing paragraphs the way you would in Word or Acrobat. For Word and Excel files, use the EditDocx editor instead.
Can Fill a PDF merge, compress, or OCR files?
No. Fill a PDF does not merge, split, compress, unlock, or scan paper. It only lets you add text, pictures, and a signature on top of a PDF you already have.
Do I need an account to fill a PDF online?
